This privacy policy applies to the Kisaan App (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by ICT प्रतिष्ठान, सबै अधिकार सुरक्षित (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does NOT collect or track the precise or approximate location of your mobile device.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Use your device’s standard uninstall process or the mobile marketplace interface.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided Data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. If you wish to delete User Provided Data, please contact ictp.lumbininepal@gmail.com and the request will be handled within a reasonable time.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
